ordered an omelette and it arrived early yet still managed to be barely warm, dissapointed.

Food could have been a bit hotter that's was the only thing wrong

Not much to tell, just very happy with food and service.

Speedy service and arrived hot. Unfortunately the pizza I ordered was pretty inedible and wouldn’t be having one again. Kids enjoyed their fish and milkshakes.

Good is great every time.

Perfectly cooked pizza with fair amount of toppings. Fish supper - chips were fine but the fish needed to be squeezed with lots of kitchen paper as so greasy. £4 delivery fee excessive. Order immediately showed as delivered rather than tracking so had to call. Overall good and would order again.

We waited well over an hour and food was cold when delivered but food was nice when reheated

First time using Ali's after recommendations from Friends and family. Not disappointed, food was amazing. Fish is fresh not frozen 😋 and chicken shish kebab arrived with an abundance of salad. Will definitely order from here again.

Food was awful, I live just round the corner and you still managed to deliver the food cold, the pakora was so greasy and chewy, the wrap was tasteless, the cheese inside was not even melted. Will not order again

Pizza was under cooked

My meal only came to under £27 pound, your delivery driver did not have enough change as I only had £40 in notes as I had no £10 notes, he said he couldn’t bring change back to me if he returned to the shop for it so he ended up only having £10 in change thought a bit strange but I needed to eat so was not happy you driver didn’t carry enough change for customers

Food was excellent, and delivery was super quick! So glad this opened near me!

Ordering the food online was easy and delivery well that was ok took around 30/35 mins to get to me. I ordered a pizza and it was so greasy (grease was dripping out the box) and onion rings looked like could have been cooked bit longer was disappointing. It maybe just because your new and was the first week so hoping you can take this feed back and fix it.
